Tom has been President and Owner of Western Industrial Tooling since 2014. He is a seasoned hands-on executive with wide ranging experience – successfully building small technology start-ups to global leadership positions in Fortune 50 organizations. “Our employees are craftsmen who put their heart and soul, their pride and passion into everything they do, delivering the highest quality and precision products possible. I am proud to be on this team.” Tom serves on several Seattle area non-profits boards, enjoys travel, scuba diving, sailing, and has a passion for Pacific Northwest wine.
Bob has been with Western Industrial Tooling since 2001. In addition to supervising all accounting functions, he renders input on quoting and all facets of contracts administration. “I am proud to support the high level of craftsmanship my fellow employees put into the work produced at WIT.” Bob passed both the CPA and CMA exams after earning a BA in Accounting at WSU. His current outside interests include woodworking, adventure motorcycling, power boating, and following soccer.
Todd has been at Western Industrial Tooling since 1984 and has been leading WIP, the wire processing product division since the early 1990’s. Todd prides himself on his expert knowledge of wire processing technology. “Solving a customer’s wire processing problem is a perfect day for me. Our customers present complex problems and we deliver solutions. Quality is our number one priority – nothing goes out the door unless it’s perfect.” When he’s not working on new products and solutions, you will find Todd racing sprint cars around the Northwest in the summer, and snowmobiling in the winter. Todd enjoys volunteering at high school track and cross country events, spending time with good friends, and participating in a wide variety of outdoor activities.
Venu joined the company in 1999 as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in industrial tooling, including precision plastic and silicone molds and sheet metal tooling for specialty industrial applications. In addition to leading Engineering & Design, Venu also provides technology leadership and expertise to the organization. “After you try other suppliers you should give us a try. We achieve what others walk away from, we deliver the impossible.” Venu holds a Masters of Engineering degree (ME) in Tool Engineering. In his spare time he enjoys travel, gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
